Our Mission

The Breakthrough Group (TBG) is the McKinsey for all types of neighbourhood businesses – Small, Medium, Corporates and even Startups.

Our mission is to help businesses be more successful and create great value for all its stakeholders, including owners, investors, employees, customers, associates, vendors, suppliers, neighbourhoods, communities and societies.

We are on a mission to create 100 new power brands among neighbourhood businesses worldwide by 2030, with each brand worth a minimum of over $11 million (Rs 100 crore and more).

Our methodology is to grow a brand from scratch to Rs 100 crores in 70 to 100 weeks on a mutually beneficial partnership model.

    3. Time: True professionals understand that a minimum delivery time is essential to do high-quality tactical work. Even more time is required to do high-quality tactical work that consistently integrates with the vision, the mission and the business strategy.
    4. Timing: We value time including Turn-Around Time and Man Hours.
    5. Speed: We believe speed is the new currency of the new world even when the slow and steady can win the race.
